1. Digital Products Only

All products sold by AshleyArt™ are DIGITAL PRODUCTS only unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.

No physical item will be shipped. Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital files, downloads, or digital content.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or sent to the customer, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to dispute delivery of digital goods once access has been provided.

3. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to fraudulently dispute, reverse, or charge back a legitimate purchase after digital delivery has been completed may be considered fraudulent activity.

AshleyArt™ reserves the right to provide proof of delivery, download records, IP logs, timestamps, customer communications, and purchase records to payment processors, financial institutions, or legal authorities.

Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in account restrictions, denial of future purchases, collections activity, and potential civil legal action where permitted by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All digital products, artwork, branding, graphics, designs, files, and content sold on AshleyArt™ remain the intellectual property of AshleyArt™ and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared, modified, or reproduced without written permission.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct email address and download information at checkout.

AshleyArt™ is not responsible for customer mistakes, lost files due to customer negligence, incompatible software, or failure to read product descriptions before purchase.

6. Agreement

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
